About DuVall Recruiting
DuVall Recruiting was founded by me, Kate DuVall. I started my career in Human Resources over a decade ago and quickly realized how much I love helping people—whether that’s guiding someone toward the right career opportunity or helping a business build a strong, reliable team.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and building positive workplace cultures. I hold my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and have worked in a wide range of environments—from large companies with 800+ employees to small, family-run businesses with fewer than 10. That experience has given me a real understanding of the different challenges businesses face and how to support them in a practical, hands-on way.
I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and solutions-focused. I believe HR shouldn’t feel complicated or disconnected—it should feel like a true partnership that supports both the business and the people behind it.
On a personal level, I’m a wife, a first-time mom, and now a business owner. I know what it means to juggle a lot, work hard, and build something meaningful—and I bring that same mindset into everything I do with my clients.
One thing that makes DuVall Recruiting a little different is my love of cows, which has become a fun signature of the brand. You might see a few cow-themed touches here and there—it’s just my way of bringing a little personality (and fun) into the recruiting world.
